Great service, great pastries, wasn't too busy so it was quiet with FIFA playing on their screenPosted on Google Allie SimserTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The service was fantastic. They were so kind and generous from the moment we stepped in. While we were there, the owner was busy baking and wanted to share information and excitement about the latest creation. We decided to try it (a more authentic “thousand layer” treat) and it was very good - not overly sweet. We also got a macaron which had way more filling than I’ve had in others and I really enjoyed it! Staff was also sharing with us about their plans for the back area when they get that fully up and running and we’re bummed we’re only visiting because we’d love to be around to see what it becomes.Posted on Google Yusra RizviTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We stayed at the Westin in Falls Church, VA and De Ma Vie is right across the street. We were greeted with such a lovely smile and such great service from Samar, the General Manager. She was so incredibly kind to us and my kids that I will absolutely be back! The pastries were delicious and the atmosphere was so warm and friendly. Please stop by if you are in the area! It is wonderful!!Posted on Google Rebekah CarraiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I got the Apple danish, apricot and cheese danish, halloumi and Zataar croissant, and the knafeh. All were great but the apricot danish was amazing! There are lot of tables, so it would be a great place to work from.Posted on Google Robert LankfordTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We arrived on Sunday afternoon looking for coffee and a snack. Most of the items on display were sweet except for the croissants. However, the owner offered us Egyptian Feteer, and it was extraordinary. The lattes and other coffees ordered were very good as. The owner was generous with his time and gave us a short version of the Feteer recipe. All the people working there were approachable and social. Highly recommend.
